We believe in offering our athletic dancers and members of the community opportunities to be their strongest and fittest. We offer small group fitness classes at every level for all ages as well as individual training in fitness, diet and nutrition. Our goal is to create healthy dance families. Please contact the studio directly to register for our dance fitness classes.
Current Adult Fitness Classes:
- Monday - Friday: 7 am - w/Dina Romeo
- HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) -a fast paced, complete workout incorporating cardio, strength and toning exercises
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8 am - w/Amy Fauvie
- Full Body Fitness - workouts consisting of strength, stretching, cardio and toning.
- Tuesday: 8 am - w/Amy Fauvie
- Zumba - An energetic, fun dance fitness class for all ages and levels of fitness
- Monday: 5:30 pm -w/Cruz Carillo (Coming Back in February 2022)
- DanceFit - Dance through the decades with Cruz. A fun, medium impact dance fitness class to music of the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's
- Wednesday: 8 pm - w/Tricia Johnsen (Starting January 12, 2022)
- TCJ Dance - Join Tricia for a very energetic, very adult dance fitness class (ages 17+). This class is all about FUN, women empowering women...a safe space to just let loose, listen to some great music, dance & sweat! The class is structured very similar to a Zumba class (each song has it's own routine repetitive and easy to follow). Music will range from 90's hits to Cardi B.
We also offer Adult only Dance Classes:
- Adult Lyrical/Ballet/Contemporary- Monday 7:30
- Adult Tap - Monday 8:30
