We believe in offering our athletic dancers and members of the community opportunities to be their strongest and fittest. We offer small group fitness classes at every level for all ages as well as individual training in fitness, diet and nutrition. Our goal is to create healthy dance families. Please contact the studio to register for our dance fitness classes.
Current Open Adult Fitness Classes:
- Monday - Friday: 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 8:30 am - w/Dina Romeo
- HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
- Strength Training
- Cardio Kickboxing
- Tuesday/Thursday: 9:30 am - w/Amy Fauvie
We offer offer Adult Ballet/Lyrical/Contemporary Dance Classes as well as Adult Tap Classes on Mondays.
- Adult Tap - Monday 7:30
- Adult Lyrical/Ballet/Contemporary- Monday 8:30
