We believe in offering our athletic dancers and members of the community opportunities to be their strongest and fittest. We offer small group fitness classes at every level for all ages as well as individual training in fitness, diet and nutrition. Our goal is to create healthy dance families.
Current Adult Fitness Classes:
Monday - Friday: 6:45 am - w/Dina Romeo
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) -a fast paced, complete workout incorporating cardio, strength and toning exercises
Wednesday: 8:15 pm - w/Tricia Johnsen
TCJ Dance - Join Tricia for a very energetic, very adult dance fitness class (ages 17+). This class is all about FUN, women empowering women...a safe space to just let loose, listen to some great music, dance & sweat! The class is structured very similar to a Zumba class (each song has it's own routine, repetitive and easy to follow). Music will range from 90's hits to Cardi B.
